Perfected in the North Bay, Copper & Ash is the union of traditional artisanal Mezcal and vibrant, small-batch cold-pressed lime, jalapeño purée, and organic agave nectar. Sunburn is our tribute to the blazing Mexican sun and the ancient smoke of the roasting pit — a balanced ritual of fire and fruit.
